Deborah Roberts and Aida Muluneh at Untitled San Francisco Highlighted by Forbes

The art fair’s move from Pier 70 in the Dogpatch to the Palace of Fine Arts proved to be a strategic choice as several fairgoers and exhibitors recalled the frigid temperatures. “The proximity to Fort Mason and SFMOMA and all these neighborhoods around us where a lot of the collectors live made a big difference in our attendance and sort of community participation,” said Mozo.

Collectors who attended the fair included Stefan Simchowitz and Anita Zabludowicz, as well as local collectors Bob and Randi Fisher, Robin Wright, Joachim Bechtle, and Kaitlyn Krieger. Other notable guests included John Waters, Oscar Murillo, Isaac Julien, Alicia McCarthy and Trevor Paglen.

Mozo confirmed that Untitled, San Francisco will return to the City by the Bay for 2019 at the Palace of Fine Arts.
